Prior to Delivery, Service Activation or Training

You can obtain a refund of your purchase by asking that your order be cancelled at any time prior to the delivery of product, activation of service or Training. the home appliance, subject to a restocking fee of merchandise equal to 25% of the purchase price, cancellation for downloaded software equal to 100 % of the purchase price and 75 % cancellation fee for online training to compensate the hiring and salary retained trainer including the administration fee of said home appliance in the case of a special order. The refund will be made by the original method of payment.

After to Delivery, Service Activation or Training booking

After Delivery of products, Activation or training

all cancellation will subject to cancellation fee of 100 % of the purchase price except in case of a defect or damage of the product or unsatisfaction for service rendered. In order to waive cancellation fee for reasons explained above, the customer shall complete the Safritel cancellation form SAF013 or complete the Safritel product return authorization Form online, sign and send it to Customer Service at: External link opens in new tab or within 30 days from the day the customer received the product or the activation of service. This exception does not apply for Safritel online training.  A cancellation fee of 100 % of the purchase price will apply on all online courses scheduled or arranged by Safritel.

Exchange or return of product

The customer can exchange a product for another of equal or greater value, subject to the applicable delivery and pick-up fees according to pricing in effect at such time at Safritel. Please contact at External link opens in new tab or within 30 days  for information on the fees applicable for the exchange of product.  In case of return, the product must be returned in its original condition, without any damage or scratches, with the original documentation (guides, instruction manuals, etc.) and must be accompanied by the original receipt.

Defects and Damages or unsatisfaction

You must inspect thoroughly your product at the time of delivery or your service at the time of activation. If you are not satisfied, refuse the item before signing the delivery receipt or service order completion form. Be sure to report any product defects or damages with the delivery agent. Damages or report any service technical problem with the technician while onsite or within 30 days by contacting Safritel Customer Service from the day the customer received the product or the activation of service.

Force Majeure

In case of force majeure, either party may, by written notice to the other, cancel a Contract as far as the products remain undelivered or the service remains inactive under said Contract. Upon such cancellation, Safritel shall have no obligation to deliver and Customer will have no obligation to accept delivery of or pay for the undelivered Products.

Compliance with Laws Export

Customer acknowledges that the Products and any technical data related thereto is licensed or sold subject to and controlled by the export laws of: (i) the United States (“US”) including its Export Administration Regulations; (ii) the European Union (“EU”) and countries within the European Free Trade Area (“EFTA”); and (iii) any other government with jurisdiction (collectively the “Export Control Laws”) and Customer hereby agrees not to export, re-­‐export or otherwise distribute Products, or direct products thereof, in violation of any Export Control Laws. Customer acknowledges that the US government and/or the member states of the EU and EFTA, or another country’s government, may require licensing or other authorization prior to export. Customer warrants that it will not export or re-­‐export any Products with knowledge that they will be used in the design, development, production, or use of chemical, biological, nuclear, or ballistic weapons, or in a facility engaged in such activities, unless Customer has obtained prior written approval from the appropriate department of the US Government or any other government with jurisdiction. Customer further warrants that it will not export or re-­‐export, directly or indirectly, any Products to embargoed countries or sell Products to prohibited companies or individuals, as defined by applicable Export Control Laws .It is Customer’s sole and exclusive responsibility to obtain any and all appropriate approvals from the applicable government entities, which may include the US government, the United Kingdom, and/or member states of the EU and EFTA or any other government with jurisdiction, prior to exporting such Products, or any technical data related thereto.  Customer will also be responsible to comply with the importation regulations applicable in the country of destination of the Products. Safritel shall not be responsible for any costs, importation duties, liabilities or damages resulting from Customer’s failure to obtain any such required authorization.
